To have ILICIL apply to be your Representative Payee follow these steps:

1. Either contact us on the left or download our intake packet here: Rep Payee Intake 
2. Fill out the forms and send them back to us via mail, email or fax.

3. We will send an application to Social Security to become your payee.  The process can take up to 90 days.
4. Once we are approved we will contact you to set up your budget.
